rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and replacements for purchases made on our website.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind under the following strict conditions:

• Return Window: You must request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Product Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all safety

seals completely intact. Due to the nature of liquid agricultural products, opened or altered items cannot

be returned for change of mind.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges for change-of-mind

returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee ($0.00) charged on eligible change-of-mind returns.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to

a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or

damage.

If your delivery arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Timeframe: Please notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving your delivery.

• Process: Contact us at office@pyroag.com with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos

of the damage or fault.

• Return Freight: PyroAg will cover reasonable freight costs for the return and replacement of validated

faulty or damaged goods.

3. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• We will send an email notification confirming receipt and approval/rejection status.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business

days.

• Shipping fees paid on original orders (where applicable) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

2. Await written confirmation and return authorization instructions from our team.

3. Securely pack the unopened items and post them to our return address below.
