Our process:
PyroAg is produced from sustainable sources of clean biomass with the most efficient and controlled production methods available. The natural feedstock material is all that is used in production with no other inputs or energy required, the raw product them goes through a custom designed refining process unique to PyroAg product, including quality testing of all batches to ensure it meets specifications for both safe use and efficacy.

PyroAg for Agriculture:
We believe that PyroAg can bring substantial benefits to the Australian agricultural sector. It is a high density liquid with good economic freight costs versus coverage that fits into existing supply chain and on farm infrastructure. There is a growing organic and sustainable supply source of raw materials for production allowing a reduced dependency on limited expensive agrichemicals. The production is energy efficient and sustainable with further environmental benefits.
The extensive use of PA for agriculture throughout other countries for many decades along with positive trial results leads to a product that can potentially be farm input cost neutral or even negative while improving production results.
There are many varied possible uses for PyroAg, so when designing your application and projected outcomes we recommend considering the following points.

• PyroAg is unique and should not be considered as a stand-alone direct replacement for other agrichemicals – it is beneficial to think of Wood Vinegar as an “enhancer and penetrant” which can help the plant uptake of other existing chemicals with direct plant and soil improvements.
• PyroAg is not a traditional fertiliser having low NPK levels
• When applying you need to discover the correct balance of quantity used for increased yield versus costs for the best financial return, this may vary with application and will require specific testing.
• PyroAg used alone as a stimulant for seed germination has shown improved strike rate and time for varied species.
• PyroAg should always be used diluted and strength will vary between foliar and soil application along with frequency of application.
• Longer term regular use has shown signs of much improved plant and soil health and ability to naturally protect themselves

Independent Research Shows Beneficial Use for the following Agricultural Applications:

Soil Application – Proven to increase both diversity and populations of Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria (PGPB) – healthy soils are critical to good crop performances where the Bacteria, Fungi and other Microbes unlock existing and added soil nutrients and make available for plant uptake. The more efficient conversion of available soil nutrients and a reduction in leaching can mean a reduction in synthetic chemicals and associated damaging effects, creating more sustainable soil health.

Foliar Application – Improved plant health, darker green leaves for better photosynthesis and increased sugar conversion for soil microbes, thicker and stronger stems, higher growth rates and yields, increased fruit sugar content, naturally more resistant to disease

Improves Efficacy – Several studies have shown using PA used with other applications can reduced agrochemical volume with the same or improved results, saving money and reducing indirect damage to soil health by excessive synthetic chemical applications

Seed Germination – Everyone is aware of the exceptional re-growth seen after native bush fires triggered by the heat and smoke chemicals (karrikins) that are contained within wood vinegar. We as well as others have done multiple germination trials with advantageous results

Composting – The benefit of composting is well documented, adding PA to the composting process and increasing the microbial activity helps speed up the process and reduce nitrogen gas losses for an improved product

Animal Stockfeed – PA has shown benefits to chicken health, meat and egg production. Some research into pig production, feed efficiency and replacement of antibiotics has shown positive results.

Quality standards guarantee:
Most naturally produced complex biostimulant products like PyroAg can have large differences in the end product specifications that usually stem from variability of organic feed materials, technology differences and process parameters used through the manufacturing, leading to inconsistency of the end results in the field.

PA is not a Pesticide, Fungicide or Herbicide – the product is non-toxic, and meets these regulations for intended use: APVMA, TGA, ADG, Worksafe Australia, EPA, NICNAS, OCS, NPI, NZ Food Safety, FDA.
